The brief
Navigating senior care can become overwhelming when medical history, living needs, available services, and family decisions are spread across different conversations and documents. SARAH Healthcare was designed to bring that information into one guided digital process.
The platform needed to support both families completing assessments and professionals managing care. Each assessment had to become a useful recommendation report that could be reviewed, shared, and followed through role-specific dashboards.
